Returns Policy

We cannot accept the return of products unless they are faulty. We provide quality products and endeavour to protect the copyright of the material producers.

Faulty Products:

Any faulty product can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Faulty products will be replaced NOT refunded.

We cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged in the post so we recommend that you ensure your return is insured and requires signature upon delivery (Registered post or via courier).

Return postage cost is at customers expense unless the return is a result of our error. For example: we shipped you the wrong item.

We will cover the postage cost when returning a product.
